TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. PAYMENT TERMS

a. Commitment fee
    Upon signing a contract, the client(s) will pay a 5% non-refundable commitment fee of the total     cost of the service to be provided.

b. Deposit payment
    55% deposit should be paid 30 days prior to the arrival of the client(s).

c. Full payment
    The balance of 40% should be paid at least three (3) days prior to the client's arrival.
    If payment is not made within the specified timescales, the booking will be considered as null     and void and the commitment fee forfeited.

    However, full payment (5% commitment fee, 55% deposit & 40% balance) can be made at least     seven (7) days to arrival.

    Flexibility term
    Regardless of the above, there is plenty of room for negotiations.

    

2. CANCELLATION

a. Cancellation by the customer:
    Cancellation of your booking must be in writing. Cancellations are only effective on receipt of     written notification.

    Should you fail to join a tour or join after commencement or leave it prior to its completion,     no tour fare refund will be made.

b. Cancellation by Green-Day:
    We reserve the right to cancel tours and other arrangements such as accommodation and     price or occasionally change routes as dictated by inevitable conditions such as adverse     weather conditions. This rarely happens though. When any of these happens, we will offer     you the choice of an alternative tour of equal value (paying or receiving a refund in respect     of any price difference). However, you will be notified about any changes in schedule to the     arrangements presented on this website not later than 7 days prior to arrival.

    We also reserve the right to decline participation of any person as a member of any tour at     any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as illnesses. In this respect, an equitable     amount will be refunded. Where necessary, compensation will be paid.


3. DISCLAIMER

     Neither Green-Day Travel, Tours & Events Ltd, nor any person or agent acting for,      through or on behalf of the company shall be responsible for: any loss or damage arising      from any errors or omissions (on part of the client) contained on this website, in its brochure      or any other literature; late or non confirmation of acceptance of bookings; delays, theft,      sickness, injury, or death.
